ntravenous Magazine Review

“This is an impressive début from a duo that have a lot to offer and big ambitions. The songs are strong, commercially viable alternative rock with great and sometimes playful electronics throughout. There is a lot of potential here, so it will be worth keeping an eye out for their full-length début.  ”

Thanks for the review Intravenous Magazine!

lbum Recording/Hello Despair Remix

We’ve officially begun the recording process for our first album! As with our first single, we’re going to be self recording and producing this album and will be posting regular updates and previews as we go along.  Except the new album to arrive first quarter 2015.

While we’ve been working on the album, we found some time to create a new remix for fellow Boston rockers Band Without Hands. All proceeds from the remix go to Doctors Without Borders.

un The Jewels Remix

It was about 7 years ago that I was first introduced to the work of El-P.  A friend who knew about my love for noisy industrial-laced production sent me a couple tracks off of Fantastic Damage. At the time I wasn’t really particularly into hip hop, but could still appreciate the production. Fast forward to present day and you’ll find my music library laced with indie rap, with El-P’s discography being among my favorites.

Run The Jewels (El-P and Killer Mike) released their latest single this week, and I couldn’t help but break out my production tools and take a stab at a remix.     Bring the noise.
